Completed in two thoughtfully phased updates, this island home now suits the rhythms of multi-generational summer gatherings. The first phase expanded and reworked the kitchen and mudroom for improved storage and day-t0-day function, while the second phase refreshed the high-traffic bathroom and laundry areas to feel brighter and more durable.
